 Shipping & Handling:

  • Standard lead time is 2-4 weeks unless otherwise specified on the product detail page in the Shipping section.

  • Cara Woodhouse Interiors orders will include shipping fees that will be added to your order total before checkout.

  • In-stock items will be shipped via  UPS or DHL with few exceptions. 

  • Please note that the production lead times and restocked dates are estimates and subject to change. We will be sure to notify you if there is an extended restocked date. You will be charged upon check-out for all items.

  • Please note certain items ship internationally and will require custom clearance plus custom and duty fee. We are not responsible for custom and duty fees.

Lead Times:

  • We partner with artisans, tastemakers, and brands from around the world. After you place your order, our products ship directly from the vendor to you.

  • Production and shipping lead times vary depending on the product. Please visit individual product description pages to view estimated lead times under Shipping.

Drop Ship Items: 

  • All drop ship items are final sale and non-returnable unless defective or damaged.  

  • If your order includes multiple drop-ship items, you will receive multiple shipments. Please note that drop-ship items have longer production and shipping lead times. 

Furniture Shipping:

  • Cara Woodhouse Interiors furniture is shipped through a third-party freight carrier or via our vendor’s shipping service.

  • When your furniture is ready for delivery, our carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery date. Your furniture will be brought into the room of your choice, so please make sure that the area is clear. Additionally, the freight carrier is not responsible for assembly or trash removal. 

  • Standard Delivery offers doorstep delivery of your order in its original packaging. This service level does not include delivery inside your home, unpacking and/or assembly.
  • If your product arrives, damaged please refuse delivery, take images, and make a note on the BOL that item arrived damaged. Please then email us the images at care@carawoodhouse.com.

International Orders:
